We provide a range of services to individuals, architects, businesses, developers and Councils who require professional advice with respect to development application requirements. More specifically, we offer services relating to town planning, heritage and energy rating (BASIX) matters.

Extensive experience has been gained for these disciplines within Australia and Europe, and as a result we are in a unique position to assist with development proposals.

Town Planning - Over 14 years of town planning experience, working on behalf of the public and private sectors, has resulted in the ability to provide honest and sound town planning advice. In addition, a good understanding of the requirements and processes of Councils has been gained. For the most part we provide town planning reports (known as Statements of Environmental Effects) which accompany drawings and other information that is required to be submitted with development applications. We will also liaise with Council and manage your development proposal on your behalf and also respond to any correspondence provided by Council.

Heritage - We provide reports to individuals who wish to carry out works to heritage buildings. Generally, we provide heritage reports (known as Heritage Impact Statements) for submission to Councils for development applications. We are trained in the requirements of Councils and the Heritage Office, and our staff have the appropriate tertiary education qualifications.

BASIX and NATHERS- These are energy rating certificates that are required for new dwellings, and where work is proposed to existing dwellings.  These certificates are required to be submitted with residential development proposals to Councils. Our staff are accredited members of the Australian Building Sustainability Association and are trained in providing the best out come for our clients.
